Project Coordinator

As our Project Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for project economy and will work in a team with project coordinators and controllers and internal stakeholders, such as Project Managers, sales, purchasing, and engineering. Your daily routine will be a mix of challenging tasks and routine work, making sure that our projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include establishing projects in the ERP system according to received documentation from sales. You will create project estimates, follow-up, invoice and some report on the project economy. This role will also assist Project Managers in the projects from a finance perspective and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in economy or finance.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects of contracts.
  • Good Excel, ERP, and IT system competence.
  • Preferably knowledge and experience from similar positions.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
