Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, reporting to VP Solution Programs. In this role, you will be part of the Solution Programs team delivering new and innovative solutions to business and customers. Your responsibilities will span all three phases of the Product Development Process: Feasibility, Spec & Plan, and Realization, including the first pilot deliveries.

We are seeking an aspiring or experienced project manager who thrives on the challenge of delivering projects with a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. You enjoy gaining overview of your projects, by approaching them with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. Key accountabilities

• Leading product development projects within existing and future programs run by Solution Programs
• Actively engage with external and internal stakeholders
• Following KM processes for project management and product development

Qualifications and experience

• Project management competence and experience, preferably from R&D projects and/or projects with high degree of uncertainty
• Master / Bachelor of Science within mechanical, electrical or software engineering, or other relevant fields
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
